2-Hour Summer Holiday Skateboard Club (Beginner skaters)
Give your child the ultimate introduction to skateboarding this summer with Usk8! Our specialised 2-hour Summer Holiday Skateboard Club offers a unique, hands-on experience designed specifically for complete beginners.
Led by Coach Dell, this workshop splits the time between active coaching on the ramps and an interactive masterclass on the mechanics of a skateboard. We keep our group sizes strictly limited to ensure a safe, high-quality, and supportive environment.

How the Session Works
Hour 1: On the Boards (10:00 am – 11:00 am) We dive straight into the fundamentals of riding. Your child will learn correct stance, safe pushing, steering, and balance control through progressive, confidence-building exercises.
The Refuel: Food Break (11:00 am – 11:15 am) A quick chance for the kids to sit down, catch their breath, and refuel. Please ensure your child brings a packed lunch/snack and a water bottle. * Hour 2: Skateboard Build Masterclass (11:15 am – 12:00 pm) The ultimate behind-the-scenes experience. Coach Dell will teach the group the logistics of how a skateboard actually works. The kids will get hands-on experience learning how to assemble a board, install trucks and wheels, and understand their gear from the grip tape down.
